Came in with a few ideas but Sergio really helped our family find the perfect mattress and bed frame. Could not recommend this spot more and Sergio specifically — he really made our experience special and this purchase exciting. Thank you Sergio!
It was the bad experience to buy from sleep Country and from this location exactly because the employee there never helping you After you buy from them before you buy, they be very nice to you after you see different people and the product is shit and within three month my bed bed get break and they give me very hard time to get change even after three months still, they didn’t changed for me They break my back always ask me for a new picture so I have to lift the mattress to get a new picture for them they just try to give you a hard time so you will never call them again , runaway don’t ever buy from them.
Can’t say enough good about this place. Went out of their way to make sure I had the futon mattress I needed on a tight time frame. Felt like dealing with family that cared. Keep it up!
Terrible products and even worse customer service. Bought a bed last year. The “wood” slats broke at the foot rest (the panels were made from combining various wood elements). IKEA bed slats are more durable and reliable. They wouldn’t honour the warranty despite my production of pictures showing the cracks and breakage at various points. Will NEVER return here and STRONGLY DISCOURAGE others from doing business with them.
⭐ 1-Star Review for SleepFactory I purchased a Tempur-Pedic LuxeAlign 2.0 mattress from SleepFactory last month, and the experience was absolutely disappointing. Since the truck came 3 hours after the latest delivery timeframe, I could not open it with the deliver team. I noticed one of the seals was broken and the packaging was clearly beat up. Due to prior dinner plans, I wasn't able to inspect it immediately, but when I opened it later that night, I was shocked to discover what appeared to be a heavily used mattress inside — not what I paid for. To make matters worse, when I contacted the store, I was met with zero accountability. The customer service team not only refused to offer a resolution but also blamed me for not opening the box in front of the delivery team. I find this response unacceptable, especially when dealing with high-value items that should be delivered in pristine, unopened condition. I expected far better from a company that sells premium mattresses. Instead, I received a suspicious product and the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere unless you’re prepared to risk receiving a used product and getting no help at all.
Highly recommend The Sleep Factory for your Mattress, Adjustable Bed, Pillows, mattress protectors and bed linens. We went to Sleep Country, The Brick Mattress Store, Leons and a few other places to look for a Twin King adjustable bed and mattresses and were getting discouraged when we were told what the cost would be. A friend recommended The Sleep Factory so we went thinking that it probably wouldn't be much less expensive, well they were much lower in price compared to everyone else for the same items that we priced elsewhere, they were not only less expensive but also very knowledgeable, helpful and not like the other stores pushy for a deposit to make the sale. The delivery and setup was excellent, they set up everything, explained how everything operated and cleaned up after they were done. Now the best part is the mattresses and adjustable beds are amazing, both my husband and I can't believe how comfortable the mattresses are and the adjustable beds. We can't say enough of how happy we are with the service and quality of their products, both John and Serge were a real pleasure to deal with. We will be permanent customers from now on and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a mattress or bed.
