I had a wonderful experience with Roua today. I have low blood pressure and usually get nervous during blood tests, but she was incredibly gentle and patient. I barely felt anything, and she made the whole process quick and comfortable. Thank you, Roua, for taking such good care of me — truly appreciated!
I visited the Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre on Major Mackenzie early in the morning and had a great experience. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient — I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The location is clean, bright, and very organized. There’s a large free parking lot right in front of the building, and the facility is wheelchair accessible with automatic doors and spacious waiting areas. I really appreciate how calm and respectful the staff were, especially during the blood draw — they made the process quick and comfortable. There’s also online check-in, which helps reduce waiting time. Overall, one of the best lab experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!
Eliza was amazing, patient & excellent at her job. Lovely in the front, the way she managed two Russian patients was impressive. Give raise to these hard working ladies. They are way way better than life labs employees by work ethics and patient oriented mindset. Thank for your kindness and great care today!!

I've been to this place a few times but have always recieved rude and horrible service. There is no point in the web check-in. Waiting system is terrible . I will never come to this place again.
I went to Lifelabs 10 days ago and they asked me for over $300.00 for two of my blood tests I went back to my doctor and told him about it. He was surprised and told me to go to another lab. Today I went to Dyncare the asked only for $55.00. Their services are a way better than the other one. Everybody who work there are very polite and friendly and nurses are very expert. Thank you Lifelabs for being at my neighborhood.
