Very skillful and friendly for staff LILA, 12 hours after drawing blood, I do not have any bruises on venipuncture site. The atmosphere of this location is good, staffs are kindness and patient. I will come back again :).
I have to give a huge shoutout to "Rhea"! I have rolling veins that often require multiple pokes, which always makes me anxious about getting blood drawn. Rhea, was an absolute professional. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and put me at ease right away. Most importantly, she managed to get my blood on the very first try! I almost cheered out loud. Her skill and precision are truly top-notch, and she clearly knows her stuff. If you have tricky veins, definitely ask for her! Thank you so much for making a stressful experience quick and painless! Five stars all the way!
I’ve been coming to this lab for several years as I require consistent testing. The ladies here, Lila and Valeriya are very friendly and professional; this lab is run very well. I recommended this lab to my friends and family.
All I can say is wow. So kind. So patient respectful. I showed up 24 minutes after closing. Tech was leaving. I asked her please. She took me with a smile. Amazing. Highly recommend. Not my first time here. Every time they step up.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Starting with making an online appointment ,just a bit before my arrival, and thus I was already in queue and my name on the digital board. The staff is so friendly and caring. I was stressed thinking of this needle to take my blood. I left smiling and felt great care ! The nurse distracted me so well. Thank you so much for a smooth experience and quick service. Your office is very clean and you have an incredible amount of patience and care for your patients !
Went in for a blood test couple days ago. First she couldn’t find the vein, and now I have a giant bruise!! I have done probably 50 blood tests at the Bayview location and this has never occurred. Also the bathroom was so dirty and no toilet paper.
