I visited Dynacare at the opening on Saturday morning. Even though there were already many people waiting, the staff did an excellent job managing the line and making sure everyone was taken care of in a reasonable time. My blood test and ECG were done by Thuy — an AMAZING, kind, and friendly woman. She was very fast and made me feel comfortable, with absolutely no pain. She explained every step clearly and ensured I felt at ease throughout the process. I truly appreciated her professionalism and warm behavior. Highly recommend Dynacare, and a special thank you to Thuy for the wonderful care!

Today was my 1st time experience. You don't have to stand outside in long line. Staff is very polite and respectful. I love the way Nargis did my blood work. Very good and very friendly.
I recently visited the Dynacare Laboratory, I was assisted by Manjot—and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Manjot’s exceptional professionalism, kindness, and skill helped me a-lot throughout the process. 2nd time i visited here for blood tests was assisted by Marilou. She’s jolly nature & before taking samples made me comfortable by speaking some phrases in Punjabi. Really helpful nature.
Worst location! I was one on the first 20 people at 7 a.m and still had to wait 1:50 min. An older gentleman (one of the first 5 people) asked if there was someone working inside (nurse) after waiting 1/2 an hour already being one of the first 5 people and the nurse responded "only one inside and us two taking your papers). The gentleman said "well we won't get anything done for another hour if we stay like this" the nurse responded "what do you want me to do, they don't send enough people" clearly short staffed. Washroom- no soup, no paper towel, piss all over the toilet. Very bad condition 2 hours into opening. Did they even clean it the day before? My requisition had a doctors request for insulin resistance. They didn't not know what to do because accordingly to the nurse (Tuo) their system doesn't give them an option of insulin resistance only insulin tolerance. I asked her what does her system give her for insulin resistance she said go back to ur doctor I am not a doctor. Horrible system!
Sep 18, 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting Lashawna & Marilou at Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre (8300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge). Both were very friendly and professional, making my visit a positive experience. I’m someone who doesn’t have veins that are easy to find, but they worked together as a team and collected my blood with care and skill. Throughout the process, they kept me comfortable and reassured. Thank you, ladies, for your kindness and support it made all the difference! May 2024 This establishment is a gem, conveniently located right beside Walmart. From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness and fast service stand out. The staff, particularly Leon, are incredibly friendly and efficient. Leon's service was not only fast but fantastic, making the entire experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a quick stop or a leisurely visit. There's also plenty of parking available, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location. It’s a great spot to visit, whether you're in a hurry or have some time to spare.
I was at this Dynacare location this morning with my autistic son Braiden who it's so terrified of needles, but Marilou made our experience much easier she handled the situation in a professional and caring way, my son didn't feel anything and he got 4 TUBES of blood taking. I am so happy I looked at the reviews and decided to drive there it was so worth it. Oh also the waiting time was like 10 minutes. Thank you so much ladies.
