Blood draws are not usually a pleasant experience for me but Susan made it as seamless as possible. She was friendly and she took her time finding the right vein and got the blood draw done on the first poke. No bruising, multiple pokes or anything of the sort. Will definitely be returning to this location. Wait times are also very accurate on the website, so I would recommend checking that. Parking is paid

Misha took the time and stayed later to help me with my test. I really really appreciate her care and compassion. It took an hour to get to my appointment, so it wasn't wasted. You can tell when people really care about others and their career. She really is one in a million. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️
Worst experience ever i wouldnt recommend this lab to anyone .I was informed by Dynacare staff before the blood withdrawl that a specific genetic test Factor 5 and Factor 8 to be specific were available to be tested by the lab Only to be surprised three weeks letter when i was at my phyisian office that the test results were not sent to him and are not provided by the lab so i l have to repeat the tests elsewhere which is so unprofessional and time consuming .also they charged me for a test that is covered by OHIP even my physician was surprised by that !!!. Highly unprofessional wouldnt recommend this lab to anyonee

Highly recommend. They are always so organized! I always book my appointment and they are either always on-time or can take me earlier. Book your appointment for first thing in the morning!
