I enjoy every visit. being in the medical profession myself, their questions, techniques tells me they are safe to do procedures like dermal fillers and botox, without being botched up. What an amazing experience as always!!!! I have been getting Botox done for the last four years and this was my first time meeting nurse Eden. She is absolutely amazing, very thorough and knowledgable. She makes you feel like you’re talking to one of your girlfriends! As for the Botox i always experienced headaches after getting it done but when I had my appointment with Eden, she was able to tell me how many units she thinks I need and where! Let me tell you this was the first time in 4 years I have not gotten any headaches after treatment, she found the PERFECT amount of units and I couldn’t be any happier with the results! I can’t wait to continue future treatment with you Eden! All the ladies are amazing and such a great atmosphere as soon as you enter in the clinic and thank you to Jen for an amazing/fun skin consult. ??♥️

I have been going to Enriched Med Spa for my botox for over two years. Richel always does an amazing job, I always look natural but like a slightly upgraded version of myself. Recently I decided after many years of contemplation to get lip filler. I was incredibly nervous but Richel made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end of my appointment. I can not imagine going anywhere else or trusting anyone else with my face!
CAUTION: If you are interested in IPL, please be advised that you may have your eyebrows singed. It’s not simply a few hairs but a patch of hair! This is a real possibility which I was not informed about. I have lost a portion of my eyebrow which looks terrible. I attempted to mask the area with eyebrow makeup but to no avail! It looks horrible and I am extremely unsettled. I spoke to my doctor and was advised that the brow hair cycle is 12-15 weeks, if it grows back!!! I have contacted Enriched and they are investigating. I will update the post when a resolution has been reached. Update: I increased the one star review to 3 stars based on the outcome of the situation. I was reimbursed for the entire treatment. I appreciate that they took accountability for the mistake.
