I’ve been going to Jeunesse Cosmetic Clinic for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to. I get Ultraformer MPT treatments for lifting, tightening, and contouring, and the results have been amazing. I also go for monthly facials, and every single treatment has been top-notch. What truly sets this place apart is the people. Every staff member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients. They always make me feel completely at home. David, the owner, is exceptional — honest, highly knowledgeable, and always up to date on the newest, safest, and most effective procedures. I trust his recommendations completely. I also brought my older son here for acne treatment, and his skin has completely cleared up — something we’re so grateful for. I would love to show you my before and after photos so you could really see the results and trust my review, but I’d rather not show my face — so you’ll just have to take my word for it! Did a facial with Monica and there was no facial massage or shoulder massage, despite advertising they do. I've been to dozens of other spas and every single spa would so some sort of massage. She was also texting on her phone while I had the mask on (which I could hear) and she touches my face to see if the mask was dry (after touching her phone? ew) The owner tried to sell me a package of 10 afterwards and I asked if I could get back to him (I wasn't going to get back to him lol) and then he tells me it was a "one time sale" and "it'll be gone tomorrow" "blah blah blah" lol ok
Please read all the one star reviews before considering coming here. They will delete you from their system and claim you were not their customer. Or lie to withhold clients' money. Initially, the service was good when you are at the clinic. They will try to sell you a lot of services. Had 1 service done there, no complaints there. I was happy, so I paid for another service but it was never delivered, it has been 5 years since and upon raising it to the boss, he was rude and held my money with no delivery of service. Till today, I still never got my money back (Oct 2025) Here's what happened: When I was there for my second appointment one day in 2020, they did not notify that they were closed. And due to the painful procedure, I was told to take 2 Tylenol before coming in, which I did. Waited for 1 hour outside and left them about 4 voicemails. No one informed me that they were closed or reschedule my appointment or cancel my appointment. There was no notice whatsoever. They never got back to me. By then I had moved to Oakville from Vaughan in 2021. Now that COVID restrictions are relaxed/gone, I've rescheduled another appointment. There was no apology or anything but they were nice enough to keep my credits for the Secret RF. I am having microneedling sessions at another clinic in Oakville and because I'm 2 hours away from Vaughan, I had to make sure I do not do Microneedling so close together between sessions. It is recommended for a rest period of 3-4 weeks between sessions so I called to reschedule again. I left a voicemail as they did not answer, left my number and name. They did not call me back. A week later, I called in again, and this time I asked to reschedule for April and they said there was no initial booking under my name. Turned out they cancelled it (saying it was because I called in to cancel, but I did not call in to cancel, I called in to reschedule). Overall, I don't think they care if they lose customers. I don't think they care much about having business at all. I just want to get this done so I never have to go back there again. I have been wanting to book my appointment for the Secret laser treatment since 2022, but they kept saying their machine is broken, waiting for parts since Jan 2023. By Sep 2023, I still haven't heard back from the business to reschedule my appointment. I paid for services that they refuse to deliver, and followed up with them about every 2 months and nothing yet from them. No initiative. Called them again in Oct 2023, David said he took a screenshot of my review and sent it to the lawyers. He mentioned the credit of $650, and at first he said "We don't want you here, I'd rather refund you the credit and you have treatment somewhere else." I replied, "Yes, please. So when can I have my money back?" He changed his tune immediately, retorted, "You're not!" Not only was he not going to give me my money back or provide any service due, he further threatened me to go to court for my poor review. I said I had an awful experience for 3 years and I am entitled to leave a review of my experience. He said that I accuse them of fraud.. Well, what do you call this? Witholding my money for 3 years and wiIfully not providing services or refund. I called the Canada Anti-Fraud department as they have withheld my money for over 3 years now and refused to refund the money or provide any services. He said even if I called the cops, they wouldn't care. Well, if you would like to have a similar experience than me, then go ahead. If not, I urge you to take my experience as a caution.
I come to Jeunesse Spa and Skin Care for laser treatments. I've only had two sessions with the Motus Ax laser machine and it is AMAZING!. I've had laser treatments done before that did nothing for me and were extremely painful . I was hesistant to get laser again because of my previous experiences at other spas. At Jeunesse, staff and owner are super professional and knowledgeable. Inside is very clean and organized. My sessions are never over 30 mins and I get three areas treated - upper lip, under arm and bikini - ZERO pain! Believe me, absolutely no pain, it's like nothing is happening but a couple of days later you start seeing the results - with only two treatments my underarm and bikini area hair growth is probably 80% LESS of what it was when I had my first treatment in November and my upper lip takes 5-6 weeks for the growth to be even noticeable (I used to wax on a weekly basis). If you are considering laser treatments I 100% recommend Jeunesse Spa, they are the best, treatments work, and you will see the results.
I have been to many high end spas in Toronto and never have I walked out so satisfied, so happy with the overall service and the results from the treatments. They are so friendly, they make you feel so comfortable in their presence. Jeunesse is a jewel in Maple and I am not one to spend time writing reviews but this place deserves a great recognition for what they do and what they stand for, which is high end products and quality service. I am super happy I found this jewel and I look forward to a long standing relationship.
