Very kind owner and nice shop. He took his time to help me with fitting a helmet, finding gloves and was very funny and good at making small talk. Would highly recommend this shop.
We were referred to Biker’s Alley by our friend John and finally got a chance to stop in yesterday. He didn’t steer us wrong. It’s a great store with great selection and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!
Only been here twice, made my first purchase from the store Saturday (Feb. 16th). Got a replacement chain for my wallet as I broke a link, not only was I very pleased with the style and quality of the replacement I chose (obviously as I chose it), not only that it was cheap (price wise), most places would try and act like a dealer and charge way more than something is worth but without hesitation Freddy swapped out the old with the new not that I couldn't have done it myself but a lot of places won't even do small stuff like that which is, to me, an excellent show of customer service, showing even with and for a small gesture they're willing to tale care of and please the customer base. I’m writing from Finland. We are better in hockey, than Canada, but to the point. Saw the Bikers Alley ads on Facebook and I like their posts. Then came up some nice T-shirts and other stuff and I decided to contact them. Surprisingly it was really easy to order and pay with Paypal. The package arrived in only a few days to my home door. Faster than when ordering for instance from Italy! The T-shirts are really nice and of good guality, also size is correctly reported. For sure I will order more and recommend Bikers Alley to my biker friends. PS. My girlfriend loved the T-shirts I bought for her! You can only imagine what I got in return ;-)
