Had an amazing experience and purchased an fabulous suit and waht made the whole experience much more convenient and better was the lady who was helping us decide between the options we had in mind. Sepideh helped alot and i want to thank her again for her patience and guidance?? Definitely gonna go back there for an another double suit purchase? I came into Tip Top Vaughan Mills last week looking for something for my boyfriend, and honestly, I had no idea about his sizes or what would suit him. Luckily, Jastej, the sales associate, was amazing! He just looked at my boyfriend’s picture and somehow figured out all his sizes perfectly. The suit and shirts I bought fit my boyfriend like they were made for him! I’m super impressed with Jastej’s eye for fit and style — he clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be going back to him for future shopping. Highly recommend asking for Jastej!
Horrible customer service from Nas/Naz (the manager) and Tensiba (assistant manager). We went to this place on a Saturday evening to get a nice pair of suit for an interview the coming Tuesday. The suit that fit nice was missing a button upon try-on. They assured us that they would sew a button and have the pants tailored properly as well. We got the suit in a garment bag, they didn’t bother to show us before leaving. Upon opening the garment bag on Monday evening, we were so surprised to see that the top did NOT have a button. My partner had to go to a very important interview with a missing button. We took it back to the shop the same day only to be approached with a rude manager named Naz. She put the fault on us for not checking. She immediately said she could not do anything which was questionable considering she was a manager. We even had to pay $20 for tailoring on top of the $800 suit which she could not refund considering they did not do their job properly and professionally. We asked for compensation for inconvenience, which obviously was not granted. We would’ve appreciated even a $20 store credit but nada. All on top of being VERY RUDE. She gave us the number of the regional supervisor named Gurinder which to this day has not reached out to us. Naz said “you will be very lucky if they respond to you, they’re very busy.” They talk to you like you inconvenience them. Naz also lied about the fact that she assured us that the suit was going to get a button. Upon reading other people’s reviews, I find that this place does not help at all in case you buy something faulty from them. Apart from being very stingy, they’re also unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I do NOT recommend getting even a neck tie from this place. Save your money.
had a terrible experience with this store. I purchased a suit on Saturday for a wedding, and when I got home, I noticed the pants had a hole in the back. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to wear it since the wedding was the same day and I didn’t have time to return it. The next day, I contacted the store, explained the situation, and asked for help, but they offered no support or solution—not even an attempt to fix the problem. For a store that specializes in suits, this is unacceptable. Spending good money on formal wear, the least you expect is quality clothing and decent customer service. I strongly suggest people think twice before shopping here, because once they take your money, they don’t stand behind their products.
Stumbled into this store randomly while looking for my wedding suit. Jazz was extremely helpful and absolutely amazing at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Great prices if you're on a budget!! ?
I bought a suit and several other items from this location and received excellent service from their staff, especially Jastej who was able to find me items that fit me perfectly. I definitely will be coming here again and will recommend it to my friends.
