Rizwan has communication issues. Told me my phone is beyond repair so I asked for a written email so I can file a claim with my credit card company but he then writes the parts are not available to fix the phone When I asked him to write the issue properly in the email so I can proceed with my claim he was curt and taking us around in circles. If the parts are not available, it means it’s repairable. Seems like he doesn’t really know what the issue is with my phone which is only 1 year old but also doesn’t really want to help. It shouldn’t be difficult to transcribe his words onto an email. Disappointing
Horrible service! Worst of all the mobile kliniks do not go! Paid $420 to fix my Google pixel 6 pro screen and it stopped working after just 2 weeks then they refused to fix it even with their 90 warranty and lifetime promise. Do not trust them
Brought my phone in with a broken screen and they were able to use a temp screen to access and transfer my files to a new phone. Amrit was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff.
Dropped off my iPhone to replace the camera lens. Camera lens was repaired, but now the flash light doesn’t work. Inexperienced people work here. Terrible service, cost me more money to fix their repair. JOKE stay away
Found this store thru Google and tried because of the good reviews and it doesn’t disappoint!!!! My husband’s phone wasn’t charging since yesterday so he brought it to have it repaired. I was waiting in the car and in less than 5 minutes he returned and his phone was fixed. On top of that, he wasn’t even charged for the services and the two ladies even gave him a 10% coupon discount. Kudos!!!! Thanks uBreakiFix Woodbridge!!!!
