Great experience with Elite! I went into the showroom and was helped by knowledgeable staff. They helped me identify what I needed for my project which led to an order and installation that Thursday! I don't think I have ever had such a great experience with any other company.
Great product and great service! I'm one who does my research before making a purchase. I spent countless hours comparing different types of column wraps for my patio project. I am so happy that I chose Elite. The columns were easy to cut to size and easy to piece together. They look amazing!
We had Elite Mouldings complete two jobs for us over the past year. The first was installing new bedroom and closet doors in our house as an upgrade on our existing ones. Alexandra was helpful with the sales/customer service aspect of things and Shaun the installer completed the work to our satisfaction and on time. The second job was framing out a new closet and adding closet doors, which was also well done and completed within a reasonable time period. Pricing was reasonable, service was great. Would use again!

Spoke with these guys on the website chat, I was asked to email them and was told I would receive a follow up, 2 weeks later and still have not heard back. If this is any indication of their customer service I would recommend you stay away.
I am so glad I found this company! We got new baseboards, doors, wainscotting and a 18 ft feature wall done by Elite Mouldings and we are so happy with the results. Alexandra on the customer service side was quick to reply, great at making recommendations and make the whole transaction simple! The work Shaun did installing everything was fantastic! He is very detailed-oriented, made suggestions as needed, and overall is just a nice person who enjoys what he does, is great at it and wants to make his clients happy. HIs work ethic is refreshing. I would recommend this team hands down and I plan on having them back when we do more work upstairs.
omg i can’t believe.. its big showroom but they have very old system for paying.. if u spend there even 5 doller u have to wait atleast 30 mint to pay .. i went 2 time there .. am sooo pissed off...
