Royal Mouldings installed two exterior fibreglass columns quickly and professionally. i was very please with the service. Both installers were polite and very clean. Job was finished on time as promised without any issues. I would highly recommend Royal.
Terrible customer service and experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anymore. Every time I called they were ill mannered on the telephone. Then, they promised to come to my house for an estimate and didn't show. I called them twice to follow-up and they didn't answer my call. So I immediately called them from my husbands cell and they answered right away. I guess they were ignoring my call because they knew my number? So unprofessional!!!!! I asked why they didn't show and he stuttered and didn't give me a concrete answer. So I obviously said I was no longer interested in their service. How awful!!!! Stay away from them!!!!
I decided to have wainscoting done on the main floor of my home and worked out a deal with Royal Mouldings to have them install everything. Andrew and Edward were the installers and they were very friendly. After a quick discussion about the work, they got started right away and were working non stop until they finished the job.
