My experience at Blair's atWork was excellent. I walked in to buy a used file pedestal, and both the product and service exceeded my expectations. Despite buying a single item, and one of the lowest priced ones they had in stock at that, I was treated no differently than if I had a six-figure revolving account. Lisa searched the entire store for the file pedestal, and brought it out so I could examine it to my satisfaction. She then prepared my receipt, with all the necessary documentation for a tax write off. Will helped me load it, and also installed a lock core, and tested it to make sure it worked. I would recommend Blair's atWork to anyone! This review is NOT incentivised!

I've had the ICON Q2 Mesh Back Office Chair for just over a 1.5 years now, and honestly. Just pay the extra and get a herman miller, steelcase or other proven brand. Or just get the IKEA markus or something that you'll need to change after 2 years, for 1/5th the price. I should have took it as a sign when the first unit arrived with an arm that wouldn't attach and I had to get a replacement chair sent, that the delivery folks then had issues with attaching the headrest to :)
I saw the chair (Icon Q2) I wanted on atWork's website and I wanted to try it before I bought it. By the time Lisa approached me I had a pretty good feeling it was what I wanted so I'd like to think that's why she did not bother recommending anything else. She had me in and out in mere minutes. With that being said, Luke was very friendly and accommodating to work with via over email, even going as far as offering to bring the chair to my workplace to try out. Even though Woodbridge was out of the way for me I am happy I made the trek out. Bonus points that this location is family run - felt much better giving them my money than a big box store.

We bought a reception desk from here a month ago and it arrived built the wrong way. I called and spoke to Luke and the team there made it right 2 weeks later with the proper desk. They made it easy to be a customer and with so much going on on a daily basis, i am so happy for that. Salon happy that when they commit to a date and time, they meet that commitment. Thank you team.
