We bought 6 chairs, regular Eiffel style, personally these have been really bad over the long term. We purchased these right when we moved in so about beginning of November 2020, it is now March so about 4 months these chairs have deteriorated significantly. Firstly, they didn’t even tell us when we were getting them. We just got a call from our building that they left them in the lobby. Our security even asked if we knew they were coming and they admitted no. Secondly, when getting these chairs they were very hard to put together because the screws they gave us were not consistent and totally different sizes so we had to improvise to make sure the chairs would be even. Next, there are these black caps that are supposed to go over the screws underneath the seat. They do not even fit so that was a mess in itself. We really needed the chairs so we pushed through it but over time the screws become loose, one leg has fallen off one, were constantly taking out the Allan keys rescrewing them, the heights of the legs make them wobble. We tried putting leg protectors to even it out. They’re just absolutely awful. Please just avoid this company at all costs Received a reply saying that we need to use the assembly sheet but none was provided.
I called in the beginning of the pandemic looking to buy dining table and chairs. The associate who was helping over the phone was very rude. I had questions about the return policy as I was blindly buying them online and they only had curb side pick up. The girl who answered the phone wouldn’t even allow me to ask my questions and kept talking over me. Then she proceeds to tell me that I keep asking the same questions when in fact I couldn’t even get a word out. Instead of apologizing or trying to make to situation better with a potential new customer, she hung up the phone. Clearly they don’t care about new customers or any customers at all so I would suggest saving your money and going somewhere else. The products they have is all over online stores and other local stores so you won’t be missing out on anything.
