Shira is amazing. She’s literally a miracle worker. I had so much pain in my hips and lower back (due to sitting so much for studying and work) that I couldn’t walk or sit comfortably without constant pain. Even in our first session, my pain level was considerably reduced. She’s patient and kind and her gentle touch really allows you to entrust your body to her guiding hands. I was hesitant at first about osthopathy but now I love it so much more than physiotherapy or message therapy, because it actually works so much better on my body.

I’ve been dealing with pain in my coccyx and was recommended to see an osteopath. Shira treated me and then explained WHY I was in pain based on the mechanics of my low back. After her treatment I was able to sit without that coccyx pain! The morning after my treatment I can’t explain how good I felt. Do you know that feeling when you put on a new pair of glasses that are the right prescription, and feel like, “oh wow! Now I can see!” That’s what I felt like after my last treatment. Oh wow! This is what it feels like to stand straight!
