I didn't really know what osteopathy was until I met Sofia. As someone who’s fairly active, I knew that I needed someone to not just fix me, but be able help me maintain healthy joints and mobility. I’m glad I met Sofia! I can come in, sit on the table and she can just tell what’s wrong and start fixing me!
Sofia has been a miracle in my life. I was dealing with insomnia and after the first treatment I slept for 5 hours after not sleeping for almost 2 months. She has helped my husband after a severe shoulder injury. Just one treatment significantly reduces pain or symptoms of whatever issues we bring to her. She is truly a remarkable body worker and I am so grateful for her!
I took my baby there and Sofia was kind enough to help my reflux baby and explain what to do and what not to. Baby is a lot better now, it only took us 3 sessions and my baby is happy as she can be. How I wish I knew sooner her sooner. Totally worth it and would recommend.
A great experience! In just one session I noticed improvements in areas I never thought could be improved. Simply wonderful! Sofia is such an amazing specialist. I have issues with my back which became much worse during my pregnancies. I felt positive changes after the very first session! My back would no longer bother me ! I had no pain or discomfort, I could actually move around and not take painkillers... I am so grateful I found this place. The office is nice and bright. Every visit is very relaxing. My kids also see Sofia. She always takes the time to make sure that they are comfortable. I had seen many practitioners, chiropractors, massage therapists, Kinesiologists, and pain specialists and done all kinds of treatments, before meeting Sofia. I met Sofia on my journey recovering from Spinal surgery and she has been a blessing to have in my corner. The pain relief I get from seeing Sofia, does not just last a couple of days (as I found with other treatments), it lasts a couple of weeks, if not longer. Her knowledge and understanding of the human body and the spine is impressive. She can always tell which way my body has gone out of whack, and how to get my alignment back to center. Having lower back issues affects the entire body and Sofia understands this better than anyone I have seen. She takes her time assessing and providing treatment, making sure she has me leaving with a big smile on my face. I will continue to see Sofia throughout my long recovery, as her work with me is a key in helping my body stay aligned, which allows me to push further and further in my strengthening and recovery.
