Wonderful clinic. Violetta is incredibly charming and warm, make you feel at home. The professionals are great, very personable and knowledgeable. Happy I chose this place. Don't let the lack of waiting room furniture dissuade you, they're very good at keeping their appointments. One of the VERY few clinics that stays open well pay 6 pm, to accommodate the 9 - 5's. They work with most (if not, all) insurance providers, direct billing.
Everyone here is great, from booking the appointment to the treatment itself. Violetta was able to squeeze my son in for a physio appointment with Daniel, which we really appreciated. Both were very professional, and Daniel was excellent. We can’t recommend this office enough!
I'm truly impressed with all the wonderful treatments I receive. The staff always greets me with warm smiles when I walk in, creating a welcoming environment. They're very accommodating to my schedule, which means a lot. My sessions are something I actually look forward to! I was into a car accident, I'm on the claim. The insurance company sent me to this place HealthBridge Physio. But when I went there, theres a family business but I when I went there I had to have a translator they were so bad. She's really dumb I tried to tell her what was hurting and she just kept asking questions. Then when the doctor called us I went into the room and I stated that have bad back pain. The doctor was telling me to do finger movements for no reason while my problem was my back pain. He sent all the Information to the Insurance company that I have no problems. But I went to the MRA and they found out multiple issue abouts my back. But this doctor is liar and I think he's taking money from the insurance company. He's the kind of person who states nothings wrong when there multiple issues just for money from the insurance company that's probably why he did that. Please don't go to this place I definitely don't recommend if you really have a bad issue or a bad accident. 0/10 Horrible Please please don't go here. Now they've stopped my benefits when I clearly have bad back problems. Please don't go here. I'm not wrong this is the exact place I went to, this insurance company is wrong, I still have back problems and instead of examining my back they checked my hands instead for no reason. Saying I had no issues and I was okay going to work when that's no true. Yesterday I spoke to my lawyer getting told that the company said I had no issues because of you while that's not true and you guys are making false accusations supporting for whoever the insurance company that's why you guys don't check people properly. I don't know why people are giving you 5 star reviews when you guys are horrible. If you want to talk to me I can give my phone number.

Violetta is absolute joy. Love chatting with her when I am waiting for an appointment. She is very informative and forth coming with information about new services offered at the clinic, places to eat in the vicinity. I love the clinic. It offers so many services from massage to physio, facials and hair removal. It is clean and welcoming.
