I would give 10/10 for the service, professionalism and knowledge for Joseph. Most of the places I have previously got service would only depend on the machines for treatment, but he incorporate both hands on and machines to get the desired outcome with the treatment. Highly recommended and would be my go to physio place from now on.
I've seen a lot of physios, but Joe's gotta be one of the best! Attentive care, highly knowledgeable, and patient centred. You're not just being hooked up to machines for the whole appointment, which a lot of PTs do. Highly recommend if you want to physically recover!
Just started physiotherapy with Joseph. He is patient, listens and gentle. Staff at the office have been all kind and respectful. I'm confident he will help me heal. Keep you posted. Update: It's been 4 weeks now, Joseph physiotherapist has consistently helped work with my spinal fracture. Hai the registered massage therapist is great too. I'm glad I chose helping hands physiotherapy.
I had the most amazing massage with Emilia! She was able to hit all the spots and take out the knots! She did a great job and would definitely go back. Also the ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and kind! 5 out of 5 for sure!

I had my first session with Joseph yesterday. I wasn't expecting much, given that it was my initial assessment, however after the assessment, Joseph decided to provide a treatment on my legs/hips, in which i have been experiencing alot of pain lately. Joseph decided to focus on my right hip/leg for this session, as this was causing me much discomfort. Much to my surprise, immediately after the session, my hip felt so much better, and i'd say the pain relief was 60 - 70% better...this was only one session...I am amazed. Thank you Joseph...you're a godsend. Looking forward to my next session. Aldo
