Meennnn I must say Erlyn is a customer service saver!! Her service was so great I really had to ask her what’s her name. She did everything perfect and she handled a misunderstanding with so much passion and care. Erlyn girl you will do good anywhere. I was impressed and you deserve everything good in life you made my month and not even know it. If you want good service ask for Erlyn.
I went twice and my first time it was very empty and the cashier was so nice like omg girl? Then the 2nd time I went I requested for less salt and no butter and they did my request like yessss the pretzels are my fav I personally like plain butter w parm
I wish there were more pretzel places so whenever I see one in a mall, I always get something. Made fresh and tasted great. A bit pricey but overall good.
High quality fresh pretzels. The sweet options are great but it's the savory options that steal the show. Also the pretzel hot dogs are a great idea and work really well with any of the savory spice options. Would highly recommend this location over anything available in the food court of this mall.
First time here. Ordered the hotdog bites in the middle of my shopping trip when I started getting hungry. Did not feel attended to as the employee who took the order got distracted talking to others and asked me where my cash was, but I was waiting for them to share how much the total was. I guess I would say the hotdog bites were okay for a snack, but unfortunately overpriced.
This is my first time trying Mr. Pretzels and the tall girl who wears glasses was amazing with her customer service. She helped me order as I was taking some time and she recommended some amazing options like the sugar cinnamon bites with nutella glaze on it. Overall I enjoyed my experience there and my food as well. Bonus - it was actually pretty good, I recommend it :)
Their pretzels are good. Staff is not friendly they even dont guide customers about offers. I purchased 4 pretzels, and they did not mention that if i buy 5 then 6th one is free. i would have bought 5 at the same time. Important thing they charge HST on every invoice but their receipt dont have HST number on it which means either they hide hst from government or they dont have hst account, which means they should not be charging hst. 1 of receips i have attached
