The closing of my condo has been nothing but a seamless process. I worked with Mark and Theresa and they have both been very diligent in responding in a timely manner and I absolutely loved the online portal where I can upload the requested documents so there is no back-and-forth via email, and no wondering if I missed anything. Everything was done virtually, including all the signing, which was very time efficient. I always recommend Mark and his team to clients and of course use them for my personal deals as well.

**UPDATED REVIEW** We were hoping to be able to upgrade our review rather than lowering it again. We are still waiting on initials for a document from the notary. This is holding up part of our closing transaction and very frustrated with their services. The assistant AHMED, who is supposed to help with finishing this barely replies to us or gives updates on what is happening. No idea why something that is commonplace is so difficult to accomplish. Currently working with Michael Novak's assistant Vladimir on our home purchase. Not too much feedback on the status yet but they seem to be working on the file and we trust it will all go through without fail :) *Update** Thus far we have been having issues dealing with all 3 of the people working on our file. Michael seems quite annoyed when we are forced to reach out to him when no one else replies to voicemails or emails, which is very uncomfortable for us. We are so concerned what is going on but are made to feel like a nuisance. Very confusing having emails from various people and little to no communication once we respond
