AVOID this Company! Terrible customer service, unhelpful staff and unresolved issues. Regretful experience overall. Choose another company instead. I just needed a POA form they even didn’t write their name correctly on the form also their signature was beside each other’s name. It’s unbelievable so still after 4 months I am not able to use this form as there are lots of mistakes in it, I asked for a refund and they didn’t even answer me! JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY instead!
I had a very disappointing experience with babak vakili. A few years ago my husband entered into a cooperation agreement with another party; that agreement was drafted by this lawyer and was written in a one-sided manner that unfairly favored the other party. When we later experienced serious issues arising from that agreement, the lawyer ignored our messages and provided no meaningful assistance or explanation. At that time I left an honest review about our experience. The lawyer then sent me an email threatening legal action unless I removed the review, stating that he “didn’t know us.” Because we were unfamiliar with the legal system here and felt intimidated, I deleted the review under pressure. More recently, we discovered that the lawyer babak vakili had also failed to clearly explain important terms of a pre-construction (pre-sale) property agreement he handled for us. Now that the property is reaching completion, we are facing major problems that appear to result directly from his negligence and lack of transparency. For anyone seeking honest, professional, and responsible legal representation, I cannot recommend this lawyer.
