***Edit Came back today ant 6:00 pm March 6th and it was different staff. Very welcoming and professional. Provided the right amount of everything with our food. Totally different experience. *** Still sitting there while writing the review to see how other customers are being treated as well. It’s 6:15 pm on a Wednesday. 2 people shift. 1 man and 1 woman. The man always nice and gives enough from previous experiences. The woman sprinkled half a teaspoon on pulled pork which was mostly sauce. Gave me one ketchup pack for the French fries. One small line of ketchup, an even smaller line of mustard in the hotdog dog. Added 5-6 pieces of green onion to the hotdog. I mean, I get it. You want to save, but this is just embarrassing. Watching customers keep asking for more toppings to be put on their food. NYF Corporate, look into this location.
My fav spot to get hot dogs. The fries are great too. The qullity is top notch with incredible customer service specially at this very location. My fav are the hot dogs followed by the the nacho fries.
The best poutine!!! I always stick to the classic poutine because it's just absolute perfection. I wish they sold their gravy mix in grocery stores cus I would put that on literally everything!.
This is my go to NYF, they always make my poutine perfectly even though I have a somewhat complicated order. The manager is super nice as well and always helping out the team, thank you for a wonderful experience every time!
I ordered a poutine and it was DELICIOUS. The fries were fresh and all the toppings tasted fresh as well. The customer service at this location is phenomenal, you can tell the staff working here really care about the customer's well-being and experience with NYF. Great job!!
Just recently I visited this location on Thursday and I was very impressed by the customer service these people provide especially the guy wearing a blue cap. He was very polite and made sure I got my fries well done. Hats off to this location.
I love the food! The location is very convenient inside of Promenade Mall food court. I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 because of the service. On Thursday afternoon, a middle aged man cut the lineup (when I was next) and I called him out on it and the cashier still processed his order. A guy that was on the fryer took the order of the a couple who was behind me in the lineup...and the cashier processed their transaction next...after the argument that I got cut off already I had to be cut off again for the 2nd time... I'm stunned that 2 orders got cut before me and people behind me in the lineup didn't say anything...(maybe they didn't have a problem with line jumpers) I still ordered the food (coz I waited long enough in the lineup) and got it to go. The staff really need to work on the customer service. I don't like the idea that my complaint went unnoticed and nothing was done about it.
