I am staying in Vaughn for business and was craving pizza one evening. A Google search returned the usual (inadequate) suspects... Panago, Dominos, etc. A brief Reddit search revealed a place called "Revolver Pizza Co". Needless to say, I'm blown away. The thin crust wood fired pizza was simply delicious. I ordered the sausage and rapini as well as the traditional cured pepperoni. There's nothing worse than being in a city where you aren't sure where to eat, and having a bad meal. If you're looking for absolutely deadly pizza, don't waste your time researching other shops. The only downside is they forgot the utensils, napkins, that I asked for in my order which im hoping was a one-off for them.
I was quite disappointed with the pizza. It was mostly dry and felt empty — several inches were just crust, which was burnt. Most slices tasted like burnt bread, and the only real flavor was concentrated in the center. I understand it’s a wood-fired oven pizza, but I’ve had similar ones in Toronto and abroad without this kind of experience. I’d rate the pizza 4/10. Honestly, I’d pick Pizza Pizza over this any day. The dough was so hard and burnt that my mouth got tired from chewing. I picked up the pizza and ate it just 12 minutes later, and it was still tough to chew. Really disappointed. On the upside, I tried their lotus cheesecake dessert — that was very good. I’d give it a 9/10. It could be a bit creamier, but overall, I enjoyed it. I spent around $45 for a pizza, dip, and dessert. For that price, it didn’t feel like value for money.
Revolver Pizza is one of the best pizza shops you can find in Vaughan. My husband and I found it on a whim one day and it has become our go-to pizza since. Their thin crust pizza is very close and authentic to Italy pizza.
Blown away with the pizza joint. Randomly checked this place and im amazed. Simply but delicious menu. Pizza was ready in like minutes n devoured in seconds
Had this pizza for an event at work and it was amazing! I had it once it was room temp and it was even better when I went home and reheated it for a bit in the oven it was like i just bought it! Totally satisfied my pizza craving I didn't know I had! Loved that the slices were big and the slices were very thin which is how pizza should be in my opinion! Overall, great experience, will be my go-to takeout spot when I don't feel like cooking!
Revolver pizza has the best pizza. Every one of their pizzas I’ve had are so good that I eat an entire 18” all by myself. They’re so fresh, high quality and light that I don’t feel heavy after!
