This has become my favorite spot for island food. Curry goat, oxtail, cow foot always cooked to perfection. I have purchased food here several times and have never been disappointed. Aside from the food, there is something else that is very special about this place, service is with a smile and the servers are courteous and polite. Extra special mention goes to Diamond, she shines bright on the courtesy and service with a smile spectrum. She is a refreshing change in an industry that is fraught with arrogance and dull service. Diamond made the experience that much better because of her smile and her willingness to interact with customers in a positive way!
Food was mid. Jerk chicken was OLD, chicken was mushy and did not have flavour. Curry chicken was good but rice to meat ratio was off. Gave only 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Rice wasn’t cooked good. Was too sticky and mushy. Peppers down the road is WAY better. I’m sad I wasted my money
I had a craving for some Jamaican food. I hit this spot up, It was so good I came back more than once. The place is absolutely spotless. The lady that’s cooking the food is an absolute sweetheart, not to mention the food is outstanding. Another local gem I recommend this to anyone who loves any kind of Jamaican or Caribbean food. I’ll be back on the regular to this awesome spot.
