I’ve been ordering their puff puff for the longest time because it felt like home, today the puff came like they put it in the microwave hard, I called the store to complain, bear in mind i ordered on the apps, I could have reported it to the app and gotten my money back but i called the store because ive been ordering from them instead of saying “sorry we don’t know what happened “ the man that picked up tried to double down and was rude, learn customer service
Suya Bistro Vaughan is a hidden gem! Their jollof rice is rich, smoky, and full of authentic flavor—one of the best Nigerian jollof rice I’ve had. The customer service is just as impressive—warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. A must-visit for anyone who loves great food and excellent hospitality!
This store is so hidden inside the mall kind of building. And the entrance doesn’t even have a big sign. If you google them they don’t even have store entrance in the photos to figure out where they are. Like if they are next to paramount or any other store. Even the store next to them has clear signs. They don’t provide clear instructions on how to find the shop on any apps and lash out on the delivery person for waiting time. They will call you lairs and cheats and Then if you talk back to them they start playing the victim. Ooh you’re harassing me…. Don’t go here or order from here. Zero manners
Ordered a couple of times, usually get the suya wrap and agege bread and it tastes good. Yet to try out more of their options but Would definitely recommend giving this a try if you haven’t before.
I have given 2 stars not for the food or service. I am giving it because I want the management to change the display board of the name. It has the worst display board and that needs to be changed or else no customer can find this shop.
