These guys are BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! There is no way to contact them. I made my payment yesterday and since then I have been trying to get in touch with them but the number is unreachable.
I have ordered a tiffin or two with them before and then they were closed for a very long time. After they were back in business, i chose to order again just to sit and wait for nothing. Even after having the payment done online, and a confirmation email received, no tiffin was delivered to my house. When a submitted an enquiry about it, nobody got back to me. Pathetic and they lost a customer!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Tiffin services provided by TiffinHub, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer for my daily meals. As a student living in Canada, finding a reliable and tasty food service can be a challenge, but TiffinHub exceeded all my expectations.
Can i give them 0 stars? They are not responsive at all. They even cheated my friend for $400. She booked for a month and has only received for a couple of days. Shame on these guys. Its okay to not provide service, bad that you dont communicate, absolutely disgusting that you haven’t refunded.
They have a pathetic service and terrible customer commitment, the owner & the team doesn’t understand they are into food business which is a daily necessity for anyone availing their service. Had been a customer from the day they started tiffin service was patient enough initially but even after 4-5 months the service has significantly degraded, It’s all about food & I am writing this review with lot of disappointment. Would never recommend their service to anyone !
It was a horrible experience. Their menu showed Rajma for the day but we got yellow dal which we don't like at all so nobody ate. They can't show us something else while taking the order & deliver anything else they feel like. Moreover these tiffins were meant for lunch & dinner but they arrived in the evening, so our lunch was ruined too. No delivery time showed up while placing the order so I had to send them an email which nobody even cared to reply so next day I had to start leaving phone messages in the anxiety whether we will get it before lunch or not. Even then it was not before noon that I learned it is coming in the evening. I simply asked them for 50% refund for all this mess up but they declined, lamely using the excuse of the snow storm which was done & over with 2 days prior to that. Worst of all it was spicy too which we dint want due to our sore throats.
The food tastes good but quantity of the food is really less as compared to other Tiffin service offered. Secondly, the delivery is so unreliable some times its from 11 am or 12 pm and sometimes its 9 pm or 10 pm. I live in the Apartment and have provided them door code several time online and by calling them but the drivers always calls asking for the code. Also the night drivers don’t even call and leave the food unattended near the buzzer code area that’s super annoying and bad customer service. Complaining them on phone is next level they don’t bother to take any action or apologetic. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
