I visited this place for lunch and I must say the food was very fresh and tasteful. Everything is so fresh that you can taste it from the first bite. Girl at the front was extremely helpful and offered us options in regards to our order. I would highly recommend this place because of the healthy choices, freshness of the food and size of the portions. Very clean environment and service was excellent. They truly take care of you at Yiannis Corner and made my lunch experience great quick and easy. I would highly recommend people to come in for lunch and dinner as you can see the homemade freshness, excellent staff, great choices, and clean environment. This is my go to place for lunch and dinner. I have never had chicken that is so juicy tasteful and mouth watering. Many other great options as well such as pork chicken and lamb not to mention the desserts are homemade. Great staff excellent service and made me feel enjoyable on how much I love the food there. I grew up in East York. Went to Danforth weekly so I know good greek cuisine! The food at Yiannis Corner is so good it brought back memories from 30 years a go. I highly recommend. Tender meats, fresh salads etc.. Reasonable prices. Wow. Im glad I tried the food. Seeing/tasting is believing! Go taste yourself. I guarrantee youll enjoy the quality.
We got the lunch special $15 with pita, salad, rice, roasted veggies and pita and chicken. We came today on a Saturday morning around 11:30 am and the woman there was very helpful! She asked what we were looking for and our hunger levels and recommended this to us and she was absolutely right—it was delicious, filling, and a great price! This is our second time here and we will be repeat customers! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. Food came fast and fresh also!
Didn't have the red sauce, and the Tzatziki was very garlicky, chicken wasn't bad. I don't think I will be going back, they didn't "hit the spot". The service was great and restaurant feels warm and is clean!

We usually order the Feast for Two and it’s huge easily fills us up, and the price is amazing for how much you get. I’m actually obsessed. The restaurant has plenty of parking, it’s easy to find, and everything is super accessible. Overall, such a reliable spot. Highly recommend!
I did not enjoy my Lamb and Beef Gyro Pita earlier this evening. It contained less meat (by far) than I am used to receiving. The meat was dry and there was hardly any Tzatziki anywhere, which added to the whole wrap seeming dry and bland. Some of the pictures that other patrons have posted make me say, "Mine looked nothing like that." This place has decent reviews so I know that my experience was not the norm. Wish they would include a small container of Tzatziki with a Gyros Pita order.
Decided to order Greek food for my boys' birthday dinner for 12 people from Yiannis. Azeema was lovely to deal with and helped me put together a dinner including: Greek salad, chicken souvlaki, rice, roasted potatoes, pita bread and tzatziki sauce. The food was delicious and such a hit with the teenage boys! The Greek salad is to die for - with olives and feta cheese that melts in your mouth. The chicken was tender and not dried out like you get at the chain restaurants. Everyone loved the food. I will definitely order from this family-owned restaurant again. Also - everything was packaged properly and ready to go on time. Such a great experience.
