I cannot believe what I am reading in these goggle reviews as it is the exact same experience we have had … promises of repairs, promises that our machine has been repaired yet twice no repair has clearly been done, but payment has been issued. It is a disgrace that this person remains in business and has the ability to rip people off. Like other reviews, I do not leave bad reviews But this man has earned this one and hoping others will not have this experience in the future.

I recently had my sewing machine break down, and since I’m just learning to sew, I had a hard time figuring out what was wrong. The machine stopped mid-sewing because the threads were getting tangled underneath. I took it to Mike for repair, and while he and his wife seemed like nice people, I think I was too trusting. I explained the issue and also mentioned that the bobbin winder on top wasn’t working properly — the thread was only winding from below. It wasn’t a huge problem, but since I was bringing it in, I figured it’d be good to fix everything at once. They nodded and assured me they’d take care of it. First, they promised it would be ready in a week, but I ended up waiting two. When I went to pick it up, they told me it was all fixed and working great. I asked what the issue had been, but Mike couldn’t give me a clear answer. I paid $95 for the service. I also asked if he fixed the bobbin winder, and he said yes. When I got home, neither problem was actually fixed. I called Mike, and he tried to tell me it was because I wasn’t threading the machine properly. So, I double-checked, watched tutorial videos, and followed every step exactly, but still, nothing changed. I decided not to go back there and took my machine to another repair shop instead. They fixed everything in under an hour and didn’t even charge me. Unfortunately, they confirmed what I had suspected – all Mike did was a basic tune-up, and I had paid $95 for that. Normally, I don’t write bad reviews because I know situations can vary, but I was really upset with how this turned out.

The woman who works there was incredibly mean and disrespectful to me over the phone, I politely asked for a quote on an antique machine and was interrupted, insulted, and dismissed before I could even tell her the brand and model. However, I've heard that Mike himself is a great guy. I'd recommend getting serviced by someone else though if she remains a part of his business. It's not worth being treated with such indignity.

ok.. LONG story Short... My mom dropped off a vintage sewing machine( pictures in manual). The owner loved it soo much showed his wife. They seemed soooo interested in it. A few days later calls my mom to tell her.. he *dropped* it and now she has to pay for the new one he will be replacing her vintage one with. I came in a few days after and I told them NO we are not paying after u broke the vintage one. it was your fault. (I got video proof of our convo in the store.) So my mom says the broken machine you are showing me is NOT the machine I gave you. As you see in the manual.. it doesn't have the L and R and M at the top(as proof on manuel). SO in order not to escalate.. we took the new one and didn't pay for it as he wanted us to pay. We agreed I wouldn't pay. HOWEVER... BUYERS BEWARE. THIS MAN SCAMMED MY MOM FROM HER VINTAGE SEWING MACHINE. The milano logo in the vintage was at the back *not* the side. and the Manual as you see is proof it IS NOT like the broken Milano they showed us (picture in colour as proof as the one they claim is the "vintage" they broke.) SO IN ALL THE STOLE MY MOMS ORIGINAL SEWING MACHINE(worth more) and Lied that the one she brought into the store says Milano on the side with the L and R and M on top. If you want your Vintage machines stolen.. this is the place to bring them. I would have sued but will be reporting to the business bureau for Fraud and SCAM! Thieves.I cant believe a company would steal your machine!! Dissappointing.

Hello Reviewer, our repair process is very simple, once machine is repaired we call the owner to let them know to come and pick it up. Once you pick it up and test it, satisfied, only at this point you are paying for repairs completed. I would like to investigate your issue, please call us back with repair tag and we will review your concern. Thank you.
