Jose charged $85 to "fix" my sewing machine. After several trips back with the initial problem not resolved he refused a refund. Beware. He charges for making things slightly better than they were, not for actually fixing the problem.

He had my machine for 2 yrs took it back and forth 4 to 5 times said it was fixed but when I took it home never worked properly. Then said it was unrepairable and gave me another machine because mine was in pieces. The second hand machine he gave me said it worked, took it home didn't work properly. Took that one back and he repaired it and said it's good now. Again I took it home still not working. I gave up on this guy I think he doesn't know what he is doing anymore.

Great experience! Brought my machine in because it was nesting and thread was ripping. I was worried it would be super expensive to fix since its $75 just to service the machine but turned out to be a simple fix. Only paid $85 and took less than 1 week. Seems to be working perfect now:)

Joe & Maria are a treat. They've been in the sewing machine business for decades. Joe was able to assure me he could service my machines before I brought them in - I was concerned parts supply might be an issue. He readily pegged their age (a 1970s White and a 1920s Singer), and explained the role of additional parts that came with them. He had them serviced and ready to use on time (one week), for a very reasonable price. I was referred to this service by my 88 year-old Mother in Law who continues to quilt daily with her machine, also serviced here. Note: Joe was forced to close his retail location on Wilson Ave. during the COVID shut-down. His business definitely survives & deserves your business: call for directions to his location. It's worth the trip to Vaughan!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked appointments twice with them and they never showed, called them a 3rd time and they just said they wouldn't be able to service anymore.... very unprofessional not to say it cost us downtime for 3 weeks and more now as we need to locate a new company.....

Emailed to ask for a part. Drove 30 mins the next day only to find out that the store is out of business. Not sure why I wasn't told that in the email since they only have one location.

Great sewing machine supply store. Run by a nice older couple who are very knowledgeable about all machines. A regular tune up is about $75 which is pretty good for the work they’ll do on it. They were able to order a new foot and power cable for my older Bernina machine for way less than I could find online
