Thank you Doors and More for a beautiful shower glass door, which was installed professionally by Michael and Robert today. A job well done! I always trust Doors and More. All my bathroom glass frames & doors were made by your company. I am very happy with your beautiful products and excellent service.

Doors & More did an amazing job with our staircase. The glass work is unique and we are getting a lot of praise from friends and even from other construction companies. Mark worked patiently with our requirements and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended. Will definitely deal with them again!

We recently completed an extensive renovation. And of course, we dealt with a variety of trades with varied levels of satisfaction. One of the best was Doors and More. They installed a glass railing between our kitchen and family room. We discussed different types of glass and mounting options, and went with their recommendations. The installation was tricky due to another trade's error, however they solved the problem. We are very pleased with the result and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend the team at Doors and More

We renovated our ensuite bathroom and wanted to have a glass shower. I called the folks at Doors and More in early July before the renovations to get some information. Tara was amazing in helping us with a quote and some explanation of options. Fast forward to mid August when it was time to measure for the glass and the team was amazing. Two weeks after the measurements they were here to install the glass and everything went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better customer experience!

My custom glass and shower door were installed by Rob and Adrian on Sept 15/23. I was extremely impressed by their product knowledge and excellent workmanship. The door is beautiful and the installation was flawless. I chose Starlight glass with Enduro Shield protective coating. Looking forward to a second shower door from d&m being ordered within the month for another bathroom project.1 I highly recommend this company! Marianne T. Stinson

Was uncertain after learning from Taps the ownership recently changed. I went ahead with my order with that feeling, privately telling myself finger cross. I initiated discussion about pricing/design for my shower 2 yr back and resumed the discussion recently. The same staff I talked to before now helped me (I would say however she was sweeter 2 yr ago and I prefer her talking manner then). One experienced worker was sent to do measurement. Very nice man. The glass came as scheduled 2 weeks after. The workers were polite, care to not cause damage to my property and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately in an accident which might happen in any project the door hit the stone of shower threshold and chipped. It wasnt noticed until finished and I checked. I was asked to pay the remainder of the invoice regardless, being told the business owner will call me the next day to resolve. The installer did talk to him he said. That was when I took the risk and paid as asked. I felt odd anyway why they did not take the door back. I did not think a chipped door can be fixed as we talked about tempered glass which cannot be cut or mended. The gap between the door and the return panel wasn’t even, wider towards the top to 6mm which is quite noticeable you don’t want that in your shower. The new door came a week after and installed by a different worker. I feel lucky he is more experienced, he fixed the screech noise as well when opening/closing the door which can happen for the screws securing the U channel to the ceiling make movement, regardless how tiny movement it is. He fixed it and explained properly. I see that I am lucky since the noise was there when the old door was installed and I was told it may go away by itself after the silicon’s settled. In my case it did not go away. And because the company redid my door I asked to adjust the width to kill the gap issue as well. They also made 2 holes for a pull handle on the new door as I saw the mushroom knob is not convenient for such a heavy door. One thing though if you are as patient as I am and I don’t see as big deal after all. It is communication. It seems broken somehow. First I was told the owner will call the next day and I waited. No call! So 2 days after I called and talked to him. The owner was not aware of any such promise or door chip issue. You can imagine the thought crossing my mind, compounding on the uncertainty at the beginning that I deal with a new ownership. I don’t know what happened but we did not end up with any argument. He agreed to replace the door right away and accommodated to build for pull handle and resize the door to narrow the gap, mind you that it is not just cutting the door bigger it must be cut wider at the top. The new door worked perfectly fine with the gap now looking as narrow as professionally it should be installed. I believe the gap was caused by the return panel not perfectly level. It appears to be tilting outward at the top causing uneven gap from bottom to top. For glass you can appreciate how precision is required. Another with communication. I emailed to confirm after the call including the gap and the type of pull from the brochure and will pay whatever extra it will cost. The owner never responded (but you know the door was reinstalled as I asked for nevertheless! hence my five star). I repeated the pull request in another email to the lady I have worked with on placing the order. I thought it will be simply a payment I will make in same manner of paying the remainder of my order a week ago. Funny when the replacement door came there was no pull handle ! The installer believes someone will come to install it later. Somehow I did not agree recalling the communications we had so far, so ordered the handle directly from Richelieu and installed myself. First time doing so learning the hex screw secrete that make them invisible ! I believe D&M is an honest business. Good product, good skills. Good pricing too, which did not increase after 2yr.

The entire team at D&M did an amazing job on the custom shower door install for our basement bathroom reno! The door is perfectly fitted and hung, and gives such a beautiful finished look to the whole bathroom. Very happy with everything, especially for the time the glass team and Remy took to come back, replace the tile that cracked during installation and then finish hanging the door. It was my first time getting a shower door installed and Tara patiently explained all the options, answered my questions and then honored my quote when I came back some months later to place the order. The whole process was seamless, the team was quick and efficient and the result is fabulous! May 2023 - I wanted to add, the door had developed a grating sound and I contacted Doors & More, several months after they did the installation. They were very responsive, quickly scheduled an appt, took a few minutes to fix the issue with the door sealer, and everything is as good as new. Really happy with their above and beyond service!
