I came in yesterday as a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was accommodated. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. My masseuse, ZARA, did an outstanding job… she was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. I came in with a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and she tailored the massage perfectly to address those problem areas. By the end of the session, I felt completely renewed and noticeably lighter. If you’re considering booking an appointment, I highly recommend requesting Zara. She has an incredible ability to combine both relaxation and therapeutic techniques, and I will definitely be booking with her again!!!
This place has creepy cameras in their reception which is supposedly an osteopathic clinic but in Ontario a clinic space should remain free from big brother technology when it is supposed to remain a confidential environment. The chick at the front desk was hostile with me from the second I walked in the door just curious about the place. Could not ask questions without hostility. Never trust a health care practitioner who seems like they have something to hide or flips out on someone who innocently walked in off the streets to check the vibe. Only to be accosted and yelled at after I tried pointing out that the use of security cameras in such an atrocious way in what should be a professionally clinical and confidential space, should not be allowed. Lady spazzed. I tried asking 3 times what services are available, a normal person representing a clinic would kindly provide a brochure or something? Nah she kept babbling on unintelligibly. Was like an alternate universe in there.

Horrible customer service .Tried to book appointment in the morning and was hung up on and told repeatedly they are fully booked the entire day. Decided to walk in the same day and three overweight unattractive females were available. Why would you tell customers you are booked when you have attendants sitting there doing nothing?
I recently made a call to inquire about facials at this establishment I had visited a few years ago using a Groupon. However, my recent interaction with them left me confused and suspicious. Despite their website showcasing a range of specials, the individuals I spoke to insisted that no specials were available and seemed uncertain about their own services. The receptionist mentioned she would call me back after finding out more information on their offerings. I was inform they exclusively offer "massages." This entire experience was odd.
Fantastic service at really good prices. The staff at ocean motion are professional and curtious. Communicated with me through the entire massage room ensure she was applying the right amount of pressure and took special care of problem areas on my body. Would definitely recommend and I'll sure be back for another treatment!
