Worst staff ever! I entered the store,I said good afternoon and how are you guys? They did not even looked at me and my 7 year old son! Should I spend my money here? No way I said! Worst experience ever! The owner should train the staff at least to say hello!

I used to be a customer with Evangelista sports and have spent a lot of money with them, I am Disappointed with the way their policy are, ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURN, AND CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING THERE AND BACK, SINCE IT IS "store Credit" so if it is less than 175 you will pay for SHIPPING. I purchased a M shirt (REGULAR PRICE), however; it was too big for myself, I called the store and spoke with MIKE (Manager), he was not very friendly and helpful at all. told me NO REFUNDS, Customerpays for ship it to the store and back. I told him that I was a frequent store customer and have spent more than a thousand in 7 months, and if I pay to send it back to evangelista they would wave the returning shipping. His reply was simply "customer pays". I told Mike by doing this Evangelista would loose a customer to another soccer store, and he did not care at all. EVERYONE, be aware, if you buy anything at EVANGELISTA SPORT, EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE, you will have to pay shipping there and back. this is NOT FAIR since they do not accept any returns for a full refund. As of now I will be purchasing at Soccer World Central, FC Soccer. Soccer Maxx, Planetefoot, and even soccer.com.
