Back in winter I brought my granddaughter’s skates to get sharpened here and waited maybe 40 minutes. There were other costumers waiting just as long as me. As it turns out my skates were ready I was simply never told. Very disappointed. Have never gone back.
When you buy a bike at this store, they expect you to give your home address, phone number, and email address. Rudely emphatic about it too. My last time at Sport Chek.
I had an amazing experience with Elijah at this location. I purchased bikes for my soon and I and he was the one responsible for their assembly. He provided great service and guidance assisting me with choosing the right sizes as well. He's quite knowledgeable and has a great customer centric attitude. Thank you!
Sport Chek e-comms and customer service needs improvement, I honestly don't know how they're gonna survive against their competitors. I've bought twice from their online store and both times there were issues with my order. In the first order they lost the shoes I had ordered and when I contacted them, it took them 1 month to finally confirm they had lost it and gave me a refund with a $10 coupon and if I wanted to get the shoes at the same price, I have to call in. Good customer service would be that they order a replacement for me. Second time I had ordered, there was a delay in shipping another pair of shoes and then suddenly it showed up at my door with no shipping notice. They had sent me the shoes directly from the manufacturer. When I tried to return it at this location, they couldn't find this item in my order # in their system and since the invoice didn't have Sport Chek on it, they couldn't accept the return, so I left with the shoes. Never had bad online shopping experience until I shopped on sportchek.
It was a really good experience. Rep. Dannen was superb, his customer services are truly amazing. Would love to buy again just because of him, highly recommend.
