Went shopping with my boys and I have to say Pierce and Serina were so helpful, extremely friendly and made it fun experience for us as well….wish everyone cared like that
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at JD Vaughan Mills on December 16, 2025. I experienced a wait time exceeding 30 minutes for a shoe retrieval, and both the manager and their team declined to offer a discount or even a store bag. This experience was highly unprofessional and distasteful.
I regret to say that my visit today was very frustrating. I came in specifically for a fleece top and was left completely on my own. It seemed like assisting customers was the last thing on the staff’s minds. I spent a good amount of time trying to find out if my size was in stock, but I couldn't find a single employee to engage with. Their indifference made it clear that doing their job was not a priority. I highly discourage anyone from shopping here.
I give 0 for customer service.I bought 260$ last month and it shrinks .they told me last week I didn't buy from thar branch and today I showed them my payment in online banking but they don't accept it.
I waited around 30 minutes for someone to check in the back for my shoe size, which was frustrating especially since there were many employees around and the store was empty . But Nidhi stood out. Even though she wasn’t the one assigned to help me, she smiled from afar, stayed professional, and answered all my questions while working at the cashier. She was incredibly kind, extremely helpful, and honestly one of the best employees there. Her customer service made the experience much better.
Avoid this location if you don’t want to be harassed by the young workers. I’ve had two separate incidents where I simply asked for a shoe size and, while waiting for the shoes to be brought out, the employee began inappropriately hitting on me, asking personal questions and eventually pressuring me to take down their Instagram. The first time, I let it go, thinking it was just a young employee being immature. But a few months later, it happened again with a different worker, in the exact same way. In both situations I was with either a family member or a friend, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. The situation is the same each time, you ask for a shoe size, they say it will take a few minutes, and as you’re forced to stand there waiting, the worker starts asking unrelated, personal questions. Since you can’t step away, it quickly becomes awkward and an unwanted conversation. Both times, it ended with them asking for my name or repeatedly insisting I take their Instagram. I am a grown adult, and I will not tolerate this type of behavior. I ignored the advances both times and really contemplated if i should even make a post about this, but I believe management needs to address this immediately. If this has happened to me twice, I can only imagine how many other customers have been made uncomfortable.
Worst customer service ever! The "back" was getting the shoes for 15+ mins. Meanwhile, no checking in, no communication, just left us there waiting. Still no response in the end when we left. Very disappointed!
