Oct 3/25 Today I went to this store looking to purchase a top for my husband and was greeted by Julia, what a pleasant girl to talk too, very polite and knowledgeable. She was very busy folding and putting away clothes. As soon as we asked for her help, she left everything she was doing to help us. She made a sale with me. I will be visiting this store without thinking twice about it. Thanks again Julia for you excellent customer service.
I bought a pair of Puma shoes for my daughter, who recently arrived in Canada. It was her first purchase here, and I gave it to her as an early birthday gift. Unfortunately, after just two weeks, the upper part of the shoes was already damaged. We went to the store to explain and showed the receipt, but they didn’t accept it. One of the staff even said, “Maybe this receipt is for something else.” That moment was really upsetting — not just because of the shoes, but because I felt embarrassed in front of my daughter. She looked at me and said, “But we’re not lying.” That broke my heart. This was her birthday gift. Instead of making her happy, it became a painful memory. I chose Puma because I trusted the brand. I truly didn’t expect this kind of treatment or poor product quality.
I had the worst customer service experience at the Puma store in Vaughn Mills on September 9th, around 8:01 PM. An employee named Revina (clerk ID 404321, wearing all pink) approached us with an angry attitude, yelling if we needed a size, despite us already holding a shirt. When we said we were fine, she stormed off without a word. At the register, she ignored us, didn’t greet or inform us of the total, and tossed the shirt and receipt at us. No manager was present, and her unprofessional behavior was shocking. I have opened cases with Puma (Case #79993310 / 79993309) and informed both Puma Canada’s CEO Bob Philion and the global Puma CEO Arne Freundt. I expect better from Puma and an apology from this Puma Employee.
One of the wprst experiences i have ever had there were almost 8 employees behind the counter out of which only 2 were doing the billing and the rest were enjoy their black friday vacation time laughing yelling like school kids the place was all thrashed up wrong shoes in wrong box. There plenty of work to do but the employees were busy making plans for friday night never ever going back there again.
The worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. How come in one store, there is only 1 cashier serving customers to check out? When I was visiting the store, there were a couple of customers waiting in the line. While other staffs were chilling with each other or treating their “buddies”, they chose to ignore the waiting line at the cashier. There were customers already mad about waiting too long, but no one of the staff cares. How dare the management is!
On Tuesday evening, at around 6:45 pm, my wife and I were shopping at Puma in the Vaughan Mills Outlet Store. When we went to the cash to pay for our purchase, the cashiers/employees saw us and refused to serve us. They were chatting with their friends for so long, leaving us waiting at the cash, that even their friends told them “you have customers”. Nevertheless, they looked at us, turned around and continued talking to their friends. After waiting for so long and being treated rudely, we left the merchandise on the counter and left the store. No customers deserve to be treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Those employees should be fired, as they are obviously not mature or responsible enough to be working at a Puma store, or anywhere else.
If you think you scored a deal at Puma like I did last time, think twice. I bought two pairs of sneakers for my school age 7 year old son, one pair literally started to fall apart, the stitching broke on both left and right after merely one month of normal usage. I took it to the store they refused upfront that they won’t be able to do anything and I’d need to call “customer service”. Thank you Puma I’ll take my business elsewhere (never experienced this sort of quality issues with other sports name brands).
