These guys were easy to communicate with and professional. I had lots of questions about code requirements and safety and they took the time to check and work it out for my project where i had them install a glass wall and new staircase for me. The job was smooth and i'm very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

I provided a reference photo of the specific left turn winder set of stairs my team was assembling. Despite discussing the turn and tread requirements and confirming it on the estimate sheet, I was given a right kit instead of left. Unfortunately, my team had already stained the treads, leaving us in a difficult situation. It's disappointing that despite this mix-up, the staff didn't make an effort to resolve the issue or offer any form of compensation. In situations like these, customer service and problem-solving are crucial, and it's disheartening to feel let down after providing all the necessary information and asking the right questions. I initially had high hopes for Custom Dream Stairs based on the positive interactions we had, but this experience has left me frustrated. Due to the lack of resolution and the subsequent complications, I felt compelled to give them a 2-star review on Google. I hope this feedback can encourage them to improve their attention to detail and customer support in the future.
