Michael is a scammer. Screwed our company out of $40k. He subs all his work, doesn't do a thing. Takes a legit stair companies quote, marks it up substantially. Asked our guys to wear his shirts on install (never happening). Never on site, no concept of what is going on. Blames everyone else for all his shortfalls. Used a picture of our stairs on his website. Stay as far away as you can.
We worked with Stairs Pro on a custom home build. they helped with design, supply, and install, which really helped keep things on schedule. The stairs turned out exactly how we wanted, and pricing was great. Easy team to work with, would definitely work with them again!

Worst supplier in my 30 years of construction. We paid for a glass railing order up front. Received no shop drawing support whatso ever. Had to chase Michael for months. Came to the point I thought we had be completely scammed out of $20k. After taking our money, He tells me they don't ship across the country despite the huge banner across the top of his website. Paid in January because told 2-3 week delivery. Received partial order end of April, chased everyday, received additional partial order early June. Still have not received three pieces of glass rail and not receiving any response. Far as I can tell this is a one man operation with a fancy website. We are out months of schedule on a luxury home and have been shorted a few grand in railings that we now have to replace locally. Full Scammer Must have been a busy month. All your reviews are exactly 4 weeks old. Fake!
