My son has been attending Felix Swim School since 2018 and is now in Level 10. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been very disappointing. During the spring session, there was a miscommunication with the staff. Princy at the reception desk asked us to register for the next level before the program ended, which led us to assume my son had passed. However, on the last day, the supervisor informed us that he needed to repeat the level to work on his kicks and other skills. I want to be clear — I have no issue with my son repeating the level, as I trust the trainers’ evaluation. But Princy should not be calling families and giving incorrect information that causes confusion and frustration. I raised this concern with Alex, the manager, who assured me that he would personally assess my son to confirm whether repeating was necessary. I was fine with this plan. However, I never heard back from him all summer. Despite multiple calls and emails, he only responded two weeks ago, and still has not scheduled the assessment. I am extremely dissatisfied with how both the staff and the manager handled this matter. It feels as though our concern was not taken seriously, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable for a program we have been committed to since 2018. I would like to bring this issue to the attention of the owner, as it remains unresolved.
I truly can’t say enough great things about Felix Swim School. The instructors are incredibly patient, skilled, and genuinely care about each child’s progress. My 10-year-old has grown from being nervous around water to becoming a confident, strong swimmer — and he looks forward to every lesson! The school has a welcoming, safe, and fun environment, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure kids enjoy learning while building real swimming skills. Whether your child is just starting or already swimming laps, this place is a gem. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality swim instruction and a positive experience!
Out of four different swim schools where my daughter attended, Felix’s swim school is by far inumber one and I believe no other place can beat it! Andrea is a great coach. He is not there just to sign kids in for their swim lessons but also he is observing every instructor and making sure he/she are following the goals of the session. I feel my daughter is making progress every time I go there
