Absolutely amazing swim school! My kids have learned so much since joining, and the improvement in their confidence and swimming skills has been incredible. The teachers are so patient, encouraging, and really know how to connect with children of all ages. They make every lesson fun while still focusing on technique and safety. I love how the instructors take the time to give individual feedback and celebrate each milestone. I can’t recommend this swim school enough my kids look forward to every class!
WITHDRAWAL!!!! UN-ACCEPTABLE / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Asking customer ( my husband) to pay on Sept 27 when due date was on Oct 1, 2025 - Chasing customer ( my husband) to the car parking and using unacceptable communication language to ask for payment in the morning when the due date was just started on Nov 1, 2025. We were planning to pay by phone, not expecting “CHASING”. Our child questioned his dad “why the lady did that?” - Did not care or address issue when customer’s child had a fracture (it was completely ignored until we withdrew on Nov 1. It had informed over 2 weeks with hospital doctor letters, but no response. TOOK PAYMENTS MUCH MORE THAN CLASSES PROVIDED (STILL CHASING CUSTOMER FOR MONEY)- WE NEED SOME REFUND - UNBELIEVABLE!!! JT
My children are happy to come to their swimming class. Their teachers are excellent. The pool is perfect. I recommend it 100%. Thanks to the entire staff.?
My kids absolutely love their swimming classes! In just one session, they went from needing floaties to swimming confidently. The instructor (Stan) is amazing—patient, encouraging, and really knows how to connect with the kids. These classes have made a difference for them, and I’m impressed with their progress. I highly recommend it!
I’ve been here for 4 weeks now and it’s by far the most disorganized place we’ve been at. They have no idea who’s supposed to be in the pool, kids are confused and the teachers aren’t focused. The pool and facility are fine, but this place is a disaster. Will not be renewing after this.
My boys love coming to Vaughan Elite Swim school so much so, they look forward to Saturdays just for their class. Julianna is a phenomenal instructor, extremely caring and compassionate great with the kids!
All the staff are very friendly. I was so happy AJ taught gianluca his first swimming lesson with care and he knows what he is doing. Gianluca enjoyed it.
