Beautiful store unfortunately had a weird experience with associate Diane. Overly hyper and not listening to our suggestions and ideas. Walking away as I was speaking. Unprofessional and will not be dealing with her. A little class goes a long way
I made my order and had good communication with the seller. I paid everything right away on the spot and was told that I could pick up my order right in this building. When I came to pick up my order, I pressed the call button and then started calling... And they came to me only after 30 minutes. They took the payment documents and went to look for the goods. I waited another 40 minutes. There was no line. I was alone at the gate!!! Guys - this was my worst experience waiting in Canada. Change the people responsible for loading the goods.
We had a very disappointing experience. We communicated in advance that we would be coming and expected the order to be ready. Despite this, no pre-order was prepared. We drove a significant distance, wasting time and gas, only to find the order incomplete. Even more frustrating, we were still charged—yet only received 5 boxes when 12 were clearly needed and discussed. To make matters worse, the sales representative was extremely rude both times we had to deal with her. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Definitely would never return.
Amazing collection. Tiles that are similar to stone. Great diverse selection. Engineering wood selection is also wide... Definately will select my reno from here
This is my to go place for tiles and vanity . Prices are about 40% less than many places. They have good displays and the staff has been very helpful. I cant wait for my next flooring project.
As a professional tiler I’ve seen what’s on offer, and Rivalda Tiles are definitely the best. They have a fantastic range for any area of the home. I can bring clients a great selection of options and they are always pleased with the result. I find I’m recommending specific tiling styles as I’ve become more familiar with the range. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t so I have a good idea of what will work for a client. Rivalda Tiles make a good partner to me and make my business better.
