** very Bad experience ** I had a very disappointing experience with this tile store. I bought a toilet seat from them, and when I opened the box, several essential parts were missing. When I called the store to request the missing accessories, they told me they would contact the company—but instead of resolving the issue quickly, they kept giving excuses. My work has been delayed because of this, and despite it being their responsibility to provide the complete product, they have not taken any timely action. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Tiles and stone Etc, They have good stuff at great price. Some staff is nice too. But my oh my how the tone change when you already paid full or paid deposit and want your stuff on time. I was promised a week or max 12 days and now over a month, when ever I call the rude customer service lady , she might be manager there. Talks to me so rudely give me rude remarks that how I already called few times and then without listening hangs up. Never ever I have given anyone bad review but this lady should not be an employ there or any where if lack basic communication skills, especially at customer service department. She needs a lesson in basic manners. The person who helps and have nice mannerism is Vera. But she never let her talk to me. She puts me on hold few times for an hour just to tell me that Vera is not available. I would suggest if you want your stuff on time and not to deal with ill mannered person then please do take your business some where else. Or Good luck dealing with that lady on customer service call.
STAY far away from this place , my client had purchased a few tiles from here , not only did they pay 3x the amount for the same tile you can find anywhere else , I had to go there for an extra two boxes, place was empty not a single customer, they had asked me to go to the designated pick up area where I proceeded to wait 30 minutes, losing my patience I asked the lady at the counter and with an obnoxious look on her face and giving attitude as if I’m causing a disturbance . Finally I got my order when I asked for refund , ridiculous
I am not sure if it is because this is a family owned business and possibly family members are working here. There are a couple of nice and helpful customer representatives here and a couple of obnoxious young ladies (especially someone called Preeti) who do not know how to listen and speak to a customer with respect. This is unfortunate since it makes the purchase experience here distasteful. Training should be provided to all regardless if you are part of the family or not, and ESPECIALLY if you are part of the family, you need to represent a pleasant not proud attitude. I called in about a part that I thought was missing as advised by the plumber (this was not the case eventually & I apologized); however, to be shouted at and talked over when I was trying to explain is unacceptable. It was only when Preeti talked to the male plumber, that she showed some respect by listening. Listening is a key part of customer service - not making sure that you are the one being listened to. First, listen to what the customer is saying, repeat it to see if you understood correctly, and then you will be able to respond accurately or redirect knowledge as required according to your expertise. This is what customer service is.
The rudest people ever. I’ve heard of bad customer service but never this bad ! The girl manager is the rudest person on earth and really doesn’t care that she is rude and will mock you. My mom ordered flooring and tiles and they sold her product that they didn’t have enough of and then made a big deal about getting the rest of the tile. They put the construction back by two months if not more because it domino effected the rest of the construction. Definitely use another place especially so they don’t take advantage of your elderly loved ones.
