So happy with my first set of automatic taping tools from CSR. The Staffs are always friendly, and there’s no wasting time with long lines or complications. I was able to complete my basement drywall project with no issues. Highly recommend

This store is a drywall tapers dream come true... The selection is never-ending (slight exaggeration), and the service is always extraordinary! London needs a store like this, but until that happens, I'll willfully make the drive every time!
These folks are awesome, originally placed an order online and had to have some items modified/changed. Customer service was prompt, refunded shipping after I mentioned a promo code and got me sorted out very quickly within a day. Shipping was quick and everything was well packaged and protected. I won’t hesitate to order from them again.
I bought a drywall sander from Mirka, after a short time period it broke. The warranty sucks while they give little to no help. I sent it and they said it is stuck in delivery. After two months they said that they would change the motor and I would receive the tool on Feb 15 but when I called again after a week of the expected time they told me that I have to wait 2 additional weeks and it is not even guaranteed. The tool that I have bought and used only three times broke and now that I need it the most I have nothing. The person who is buying this tool is most likely to use it in his everyday life and Mirka could not understand the needs of its customers. In this time I had nothing to work with, I either had to buy a new tool or wait for it with them delaying it constantly. Mirka might have the worst warranty.
