Had service done on my chainsaw, and was happy with the results. They are very busy, and the service took a little longer than I expected. It took a month to get it back. So if you're going to take something in for service, you need a bit of patience.
Interline provided the best price and service I could find on a snowblower. Not only did they price match, but also assembled and delivered the machine at no additional cost. They gladly answered all my questions via website chat. Check this store's website if you live in the GTA.
Brought my trimmer to get looked at for no start and they where honest that the fuel that I was using was no good cleaned my carburetor and machine looks and runs like brand new I was surprised on how affordable and honest they where
I recently made a purchase from Interline's website. The price was too good to pass up. I completed the purchase keeping images of the process and provided my credit card info. The next day I was emailed saying the price was for 1 vs what the website clearly stated was 72 which i relayed to them. While I admit that it could be an error on the web site the company is obligated to honor pricing as indicated. They did no such thing and canceled my order claiming lack of stock. The cost to them of completing my order would have been about $60 but they chose to act dishonorably. I won't touch them again.
This store is the best. The owners are great and always willing to help. Fixed my broken saw and always gets me anything I need. I’m telling you check these guys out and you will see for yourself. Will never buy tools from another store ever again .

I purchased a Dewalt tool and battery from a different store. Unfortunately one of the batteries was deemed defective. Instead of replacing it, the store told me to contact a Dewalt service shop for warranty repairs. I ended up finding Interline and went there, they took a look and without a question did a brand new battery replacement for me. Amazing customer service at Interline!
