Worst service ever No directions to buy the parts and when i called them no one is picking up the call, so it will take 15 min to figure out the door and when I ordered and paid the bill they told me to wait near door 1 for 10 mins but its been 1 hour no one is coming Worst ever service

Since all of our fleet his kenworth with the total of 18 trucks ,my self been in charge of maintenance, I spend a fair amount of time at kenworth, and everyone his always very pleasant and professional, but there his a young individual by the name of Atria ,that every time I call looking for updates or other inf always gets back to me very promptly with all the answers ,and also super helpful when I go there in person . Jesse is Kenworth's Mobile Mechanic, very knowledgeable guy, he prides himself on finding the root cause rather than playing a guessing game. He came to my breakdown and handled it very professionally. After he got me going he escorted me to Kenworth Truck Centers for further diagnostics and repair. 10/10 Great Job
Amazing service my truck had DEF pressure Sensor problem and was going to derate as I had to drive back for 2 hours and I tried kenworth in Barrie and they didn’t had availability so I was sent further to Concord kenworth repair shop and they took my truck in right away and fixed the issue and updated the software too I was out in couple of hours I really appreciate the help as I was away from base in Alberta Mr William and the Technician ihaung was awesome and helpful gave me some info on how air filter housing was bent and restricting air flow and I was getting air restrict warning and motor was not performing it’s fullest but now it is ….Thank you
