We have had to visit Vaughan Urgent Care twice in a week and recieved the best care and diagnosis that you could ever expect the two doctors we saw were caring, knowledgeable and proactive. The staff at registration and triage were also very efficient and personable. If you need to go, get there 45 minutes before it opens and you will be seen very quickly. Always very busy, but worth the effort to go. Well done!!! Special shoutout to Dr Indraneel & Dr Kegel, who both showed great caring and skill.
Everytime i go here they are fast they help me with my problem that I have and I don't have to wait 5hr at a hospital for people who like to complain stay home or go to the hospital and wait 5hrs
Went in around 8pm because the clinics in my neighborhood were closed or closing. I was worried about there being enough time to get seen before they close at 10. Checking in with the kiosk and getting a number was painless, there was literally nobody waiting in the lobby and my number was called immediately. The triage nurse gave me Advil for comfort from the fever right away, then sent me on to the next nurse, who recommended chest x-rays. They were done on site a few feet down the hall and there was no waiting at all for them either. I was sent to talk to the doctor. He had looked at my chest x-rays already and made recommendations. I got prescriptions and was out in maybe 30 minutes, tops. And yet everyone was very friendly and polite and I didn't feel rushed. Fantastic experience.
The doctor did not give me antibiotics after 4 hours of wait , such a waist of time ….. I wish my family doctor was open so I didn’t have to waist my time here ….
Terrible. Watching these doctors see people with a cold before people with actual important problems despite them arriving earlier. 0 clue how to triage.
I had a positive experience unlike many others here. The receptionist were attentive and the nurse was excellent as well as the x ray technician. I was seen by Dr. M Lee and he was very thorough. The amount of stupid questions asked by people was astonishing. Some of them with no health cards , asking if they can wait in car? Bunch of slobs brining coffee in and leaving your coffee cup there with drips all over the counter. How long is the wait? What do you expect? It’s a Sunday afternoon and I really don’t think anyone wants to be working on a Sunday. People are disrespectful and slobs. Thank you
I can only imagine what the wait time is for urgent walk-in care is. Waiting two hours for a booked appointment is excessive. These should be controlled variables that have obviously run array. Where has “the best health care” in the world run off to? Two hour wait time is not acceptable for a booked appointment!
