Dr jabbour Laura Is the worst unprofessional doctor. Yesterday i was there to check my results for my throat. Supposedly, I have three nodules on my right And the whole entire time we weren’t really talking about my situation , all she was talking about that I come so many times and she sees a list and I should be seeing my family doctor which I explained to her that I do have a family doctors it’s just hard to get in.. what’s the big deal and she was the first doctor that questioned me why I’m coming there .. while I’m there to know more about my results. Im not happy with this doctor She’s the worst. I do not want to see her and I’m letting other patients know to be aware with this doctor. She’s not a good doctor on top of that She takes one hour for each patient smh This is the second time I seen her.. no offence to the staff and the other doctors they’re great and professional but except for Dr jabbour Laura.
Consider Zero rating ,as I would not be able to write something otherwise. I was there for follow up visit to get my report checked. Got to see the Dr Tariq uz Zaman. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful. He was clueless.I told him I am here to get my report checked.He replied Let's not talk about report !! "Tell me why you are here" "How do you know you are not feeling good". My wife visited along for some routine check up and unfortunately she got to see the same Doctor and faced the same questions "how do you know you are not feeling good"? As she mentioned she read some articles on Google and felt to get it checked. She received counter respond "why don't you ask for solutions to Google as well !!!" I started visiting the clinic searching through Google!! Some good articles about professionalism and decency can be found on google that can help one counsel on their behaviour.
Visited because of gout symptoms, receptionist Sarishta, was very kind to walk me to Shoppers next door and help me with my prescription. Weather was cold but she waited for me. Cannot express how thankful I am since I was basically immobile. I do not understand how the rating here is 2.9 with this kind of service. This is a better service than Four Seasons.
They advertise online that they have a fracture clinic, but they do not do x-rays. Urgent Care Centers in Ontario are not simply walk-in clinics, according to the provincial website. They are meant to treat more serious but non-life threatening illness and injury—broken bones among other things. This clinic should make it clear on their website that they do not have xray capabilities to diagnose a fracture. Especially since other Urgent Care Centers in the GTA can do complete fracture care. This clinic is not your alternative to the emergency room (as they advertise) if you have a fracture.
Had no issues with my visit. Doctors and front desk staff were incredible until I heard a young lady quietly ask them if they had her test results yet, which a front desk lady told her that a coworker had informed her already. The client said that no one told her the results. The same front desk lady then side rolled her eyes and loudly with the most annoyed tone and stance exclaimed "yes, you're pregnant". Everyone in the waiting room went silent immediately and stared at the young lady and receptionist. The reception staff need an etiquette course. Her results should have been confidential, your front desk staff didn't care about that and embarrassed her in possibly the most life-changing moment she'll ever experience. Shame on the receptionist who yelled out at her. To add months later: I'M DISGUSTED!!! NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT that you want confidential. They WILL NOT honor their congidenciality agreement. Most UNPREFESSIONAL medical office that i've ever seen. I have a chronic illness and have seen over 20 doctors. Not ONCE have I seen this unprofessional behavior. Not only shame on the nurse or receptionist but SHAME on the WHOLE office. Not once did they reach out. They DO NOT CARE about you. Go somewhere else. If you can... SUE THEM!!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the inappropriate behavior of one of your employees on December 18th after 9:00 PM. I entered your store after shopping at another store and as I was leaving, one of your employees disrespectfully asked me to pay for an item I had not purchased from your store. This behavior was not only upsetting but also completely unprofessional and I felt that I was being unfairly judged because I was wearing a hijab. All customers should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their appearance or background. Such behavior can undermine customer trust and negatively impact the shopping experience.
I walked in requesting a TB shot they told me in total it would cost me $140 but $90 on the day I visited the clinic because when I come back in 48hrs I would have to pay $50 for the reading. I asked how come so much if the price list says $25 and she said that's the old price list. If that is the old price list they should display the updated price list and if people walk in asking for that service they should honor what is posted because it's false advertisement. Old price lists shouldn't be still posted if there are updated prices. Even when I returned for the reading the old price list was still up but the TB shot section was scribbed out with pen. Unprofessional.
