Cross-country purchasing made easy!! Pfaff Reserve in Toronto had a vehicle I was interested in, but since I live in Calgary, I wasn't confident about seeing, securing, or transporting it to Western Canada. Mark B did a simply outstanding job answering questions and shooting videos of the vehicle which he shared, so that I could get a real look at state of the vehicle. We negotiated transport costs into my offer price, and the cherry was having it delivered, inspected and prepped at their Calgary location after it arrived in covered transport. Pfaff Calgary handled registration and licensing, so I just walked-up, grabbed the keys and was good to go. The Calgary team was equally enthusiastic and very helpful. Maybe not the "traditional" way to purchase a vehicle, but I can now tell you that if you're looking for something special, you can feel good about casting a wider net. I purchased a 2001 Porsche 911Turbo, and have nothing but good things to say. I bought the car sight unseen from across the country, and Pfaff looked after the out of province inspection and registration. Very transparent, no pressure. Doesn’t really feel like you are dealing with a standard dealership. Would highly recommend.
It was great when I leased the $300,000 car not so great when I went back at the end of the lease, and they tried to take advantage of me. Needless to say, I didn't deal with them in the end and went somewhere else where my money was valued. Based on my experience, I will never ever use Pfaff to purchase another vehicle.
Love this place. Great staff and very accommodating of my requests which they absolutely didn't have to do. I worked with Horst and he was great. He never made me feel rushed, celebrated the purchase with me, and was prompt with phone calls and text responses. I would absolutely buy here again. Cheers!!!
