  I just sold my Subaru Outback here at Vella’s auto. Van Doan is handling everything. He is a great guy and has a lot of passion in auto business. Overall great experience.

  Never sell your car or make any deal with this company. I went there, and it was a complete waste of time. They collected all my information and took pictures, only to offer me a price far below the actual value of my car. It was a ridiculous experience. Their offer was half the amount Toyota dealers offered me and just 20% of what I received from Clutch. Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle.

  I was considering to sell my car and did an appraisal at Vella's Auto. Their staff are really nice and professional. They offered a reasonable price. They didn't push me to make a decision and allowed me to re-visit them. I was about to sell my car to them but a family member called me to keep the car. Really sorry for the last minute notice to cancel my signing appointment. I definitely will think of Vella's Auto next time when I sell my car.

  Great customer service from start to finish. Great selection of vehicles, very clean showroom and all of their vehicles are top notch. I got a 2018 Hyundai Tuscon. I dealt with Anis who made the purchase easy and fast. Next day pick up! Car was cleaned and looked brand new. Highly recommended for you next used care purchase.
