I should have written this review several months ago! These guys repaired my husband's 'baby' (Toyota Tacoma truck) which had a couple of rust holes in apparently a common problem area in the side of the truck bed, known to other owners of these trucks. Excellent repair job done by these professionals! As someone who notices everything, the repair was impeccable, and, of course, my husband was very happy with the repairs made also. We highly recommend this business!

My name is Wenbo @Win2 Transport. I had a collection Chicago,IL. The other driver was arrested immediately for drink and drive, carried illegal drugs, driving without license, stolen car, 18 criminal charges (from the police report) my insurance company agreed to let me repair my truck in July. I brought my truck to California auto, this is the third time I repair my truck here. They have done awesome job not gonna lie. So I am expecting the same result from them. I called them 3 times in August. Why the truck cannot be repaired. I was told they don't make parts any more..we will need to order them. I called them twice in September. I was told we didn't forget you. We are ordering your parts now. My insurance company called in November, where is my repair invoice. I said let me call them. I was been told we are ordering your parts now. I explained to my insurance company what happened. I called them twice in December. Same thing we are ordering your parts. January, my insurance called again. I said I will go to the shop. I went to the shop and talked to Sal. He said we called you you didn't answer your phone we left a message to you. You think I don't know how to check my voice mail? Fine.. I will take the excuse. I said I will just follow up the situation as long as I can get my truck repaired. February, I pretty much walk to this shop every week to ask for a repair. I was told we are ordering the parts. The parts is on the way. Fine I will give a month. March, I still call them every week, ask for details. I was told the parts on the way. You ordered my parts from Mars? today I received a email from my insurance. She said this is unacceptable and this is ridiculous. She offered me another repair shop. I called California Auto told them I will find another shop.. this man Sal told me listen, your parts is on the way, you want me to cancel it? Do you even understand what you are talking about? I just need a truck repair, I am not begging your business. Now I am asking you a question, Mario do you deserve this 1 star review?
Half year ago my car's lower bumper was damaged and I went to this shop for repair. At that time everything seemed fixed. And now months later, the bumper was damaged again at exactly the same place and I'm sure I did not hit anything or being hit. The lower bumper's corner is just hanging there. This time I claimed to insurance and after the inspection, the insurance appraiser's opinion is that there is NO HIT on the bumper and this is from a POOR PRIOR repair job, which means it cannot be covered by the insurance. So now I have pay out of pocket to fix it. I'm very disappointed.
Asked them to repair my Dented quarter panel they did so in a timely manner for an amazing price. Just took a couple days and my car was back on the road. Sal the owner is amazing I would highly recommend them for Dent Repair. Best mechanic experience I’ve had.

Highly recommend this body shop. Both Owners are very professional. They fixed my car for a very reasonable price. The owner Mario is also very honest. A friend of mine went to this shop to get some paint fixed, but Mario told her that the job was covered under the manufacturer warranty. He ended up saving my friend money. Great shop with respectable people.
