I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to E.U Autowerks. My experience was extremely disappointing due to horrible customer service, disrespectful behavior and mediocre service. Courtney is unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for customer satisfaction or clear communication. I left feeling frustrated. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, look elsewhere.
Would I trust them with my 911? Maybe. But I had a problem with my 2001 Sl500. They assured me it would be no problem to fix an evap leak. Brought them the car in April of 2024 and I don't get the car back until Nov 2024. When I finally get in I was greeted with a dirty interior covered in Disrespectful filth and oil. This is a classic car and should be treated as such. Bringing out the car for the first time this year april 2025, a larger evap leak and a faulty part installed. Absurd considering I gave the shop close to 4000 dollars for an evap leak and fluid changes! Open the Rad tank... and behold the same fluid! When I asked them about where the trunk fuse box cover went missing to (about 100 bucks) the response i was given was, "yeah you don't really need it". Not sure if I would ever bring a vehicle back or refer business. I have no interest in letting my car rot on their "graveyard" Only giving 2 stars because they were seemingly polite. Now I have to bring my car to another mechanic that knows what they're doing! Courtney and the rest of the team, I hope your reading this, do better, be better, As I expected more from your shop. Maybe my 911 will get more love from you.
Amazing service, honest, and fair! Had engine issues with my 2020 Maserati, Courtney talked me through what needed to been done and the final price ended up being less than the fair quote. I had a follow up issue that they did at no charge. Can’t compliment them enough….. thank you to the entire team at EU Autowerks!
Best auto repair shop ever. I found them on my way to a random gas station. The owner and the employees are just so nice and professional! They fixed a lot of issues that the Mercedes cannot solve, not to mention at a better price. They specialize in the German cars and have lots of experience. Strongly recommended!
I've been going to EU Autowerks since 2004 and they keep getting better and better. I had my 997 GT3 stored for eight years and really wanted to drive it when I was in town. A quick call to the shop and they arranged everything for me. They coordinated everything to get the car ready so that it was truly arrive and drive. While I was half expecting to hear bad news, they went all-in to ensure I got the chance to drive the car during this beautiful weather. It was a magical experience as if I was reliving the memory when I picked up the car brand new. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Thanks guys for somehow managing all the logistics to make this happen!
